We’ve started preparing for our busiest time of the year – Christmas and New Year. We need you to let us know of any big events or large movement of staff over this period so we can work together and plan accordingly.
As public transport stops/reduces during this time the demand for our services spikes and we want to make sure we have the right number of cars and drivers on the road to meet your needs.
Please also be aware that pricing does increase on certain dates, although we are reducing the affected time periods this year, more information can be found here.
As with any good plan we’ve got a Christmas Checklist:
- Confirm general requirements with your Account Manager: 23rd November 2018
- Last date for onsite consultation: 7th December 2018
- Last Date to receive bulk/spreadsheet bookings: 12th December 2018
- Last date to guarantee ad hoc bookings: 19th December 2018
- Last date for bulk/spreadsheet amendments: 19th December 2018
- Last date for ad hoc amendments: 24th December 2018
This is an extremely busy period for us, so please book soon as we are filling up for the festive period.
Any bookings made after these dates will be subject to availability.
Christmas party coming up? Get in touch with your Account Manager or our events team to discuss our expert events service.
You can also view the Christmas Events Brochure here!
How to make bookings?
Bookings can be made 24/7 online, by phone or via our app. For large events and staff movements please contact your account manager or use our bulk booking template for added convenience (your Account Manager can tell you how).
